   I picked this up to use on my dog that tends to bark a bunch when I put her in the pen. It took a week or so of finding the setting that worked best and her to figure it out. After a month I don't even have to use it any longer.

   As soon as I placed the collar on my dog and she barked, the collar vibrated and she stopped. Now all I have to is pick up the collar and she stops barking.

   We have been using the collar without the shock prongs on our Belgian Malinois for her incessant barking and it has worked wonders! She is still able to bark a little when she is playing with our other dog, but it stops her if her barking gets out of control. We had another collar and she wouldn’t move when we’d put it on her, but she doesn’t mind this one at all! The beep is also loud and pretty long, so it really gets her attention. I already recommended this collar to a few people!

   I have an Australian Shepherd who has horrible separation anxiety. He howls (sad mournful heartbreaking) when I leave the apartment as well when he is in the truck and I need to run in to pay for my gas, it is so bad he follows me from room to room as I go through my day. It isn’t something that a remote collar would work with since it only happens when I leave his sight. I started with the beep and vibration modes together. It did stop the howling, however he started barking every minute instead. I have since moved onto adding shock. In the truck I observed that he barked, then barked again and put his head down, barked again then he laid down. When I tried at my apartment I walked out, and he immediately barked then barked again. I stood at the end of the walkway and timed him the third bark came at the five-minute mark with another immediately after. I waited a couple of minutes then went in and praised him. I am hoping to slowly build up the time between the double barks or even no...More

The safety features, smart chip, and the fact I have control as to the severity and length of reprimand based on his stubbornness made this my first choice. For my situation I needed the correction to be a buildup by the day not just by incident so I can work with his anxiety. Also don't know if this will help but a dog trainer once told me that correction collars need to be snug and buckled just below the ears, not like a normal collar. Not sure how true it is but works for my A.S.

   Perfect for my dog! If you have an issue with your dog barking, this is the one to buy! I've tried others in the past that did not work but this one did the job highly recommend!

   I definitely recommend this to anyone in search of a bark collar. All I can say is that now we have a much quieter home. The doggie took on to it pretty fast and with all the intensity settings this collar has, it has been a breeze to get him to calm down and let my 4 year old kid be the one that makes all the noise. As far as Domidomi goes as a seller, we have bought a couple of other things from them in the past and we're very happy with all of them. Needless to say, we were very happy to see their name pop-up during our search for the bark collar.

   Very easy to set up and I love the automatic smart protection mode which auto pause the device for 1 minute and 15 seconds after 7 continuous barks. This will protect my dog for unnecessary correction and then resets the sequence. This is a TRAINING collar that makes my dog to bark less and works very well . I will recommend BarkGuard smart bark training collar.

   Great training collar. I started on level 7 sensitivity (which is the highest ) and worked the way down one level at a time until I found the best sensitivity level for the environment. The collar has 5 individual operating modes and I used beep + vibration + shock mode. This mode gives my Dog a good warning / beep before vibration or shock (if the Dog persist). This worked the best for my Dog, now he knows that after the beep something will come if still barking and that made him stop. The best option is that you can control the shock intensity up to 9 levels for more humane training and way better compared with other collars that have fixed shock intensity. You don't need to carry a remote and it is waterproof. Very pleased and I highly recommend BarkGuard smart bark collar.

   This has worked fantastically for my dog! It took him about 7-8 days to train and we now have a peaceful home and a much calmer and happy dog! I like how customizable this collar is and adjustable as well! Very sleek design and I love the bone look! 10/10 recommended

   I purchased this collar after I had a bad experience with another training collar and almost gave up on this concept but man am I glad I tried this one by BarkGuard. By far it exceeded all my expectations. It is actually smarter that I initially thought, which is why I say please please read the instructions manual. This collar has a progressive approach and will go through phases of modes, so it does not shock my dog from the first bark, it beeps and vibrates as a warning first; neither does it go off at every single bark, It has a timer of a few seconds ( 8 secs I think) so it will give the dog a much gentle and humane training. Other reviews talk about the functionality more in detail so I will not go over that part! Just wanted to emphasize on the importance of reading the instructions so you know what to expect and how to properly use this device! Also, you can test the device by blowing into a tiny hole in the back of the device, how clever!

So I am curious as to how this is going to function long-term. I bought this because my mixed breed 35 pound, recently adopted doggy is partly deaf. And training her is a little difficult, so I was hoping to have this as a training collar to make corrections with vibrations. However, because this doesn’t have a remote, I am a little leery as to how I’m going to get this to work. Fortunately, her new sister also has a training collar and I might just swap them out because that one does have a remote. So when my other dog gets a little used to this caller, I will give an update on this review to talk about the longevity of the battery and its functionality without a remote to control the options and settings.    My sweet goldendoodle has started barking...at everything! I have no idea why, but ever since we moved he barks at squirrels, kids, cars, when we come and go, etc. It is annoying. We have tried everything short of a collar but nothing worked for more than a short period of time. We put the collar on him which allows him to bark but not bark incessantly. We were able to set it to beep a couple of warnings before vibrating and currently we have the shock turned off. It took him a day to learn. He has worn the collar for about a week and today he is going without it and so far no problems. I recommend for those who bark so loud and incessant. It's a great product.

   I have never been in favor of this kind of training. However, with the various options and needing my dog to stop protecting me in hotels I gave this a try. My dog is very smart and easy to train, so others may have varied experiences. I never did use the 'shock' feature. A 'beep' and a vibration were enough to get his attention. After a couple of uses, he only needed to be wearing the collar to know what would happen. So, there wasn't even a need to turn it on, although I did end up turning it on to keep trying it out. I loved that this collar gives multiple levels of sensitivity and varied corrections. It also truly does have a strap that goes from very small to very large. The battery has stayed charged for about 10 days, so far. I have not needed to recharge it, yet.

   The collar seems to work but I'm not sure my dog likes it. I only used the beep mode so far. My Dog is a smaller breed and he's a bit scared of it. I'm sure it's going to take awhile for him to get used to it because I only put it on him when I take him for walks or when by other dogs or people

   This really helped my dog tone it down when it came to unnecessary barking around the house. Love the device and how it works! It is not heavy for my dog to wear it and he has no issues with keeping it on. Definitely good value for the money.!

   So I have a high anxiety dog and am not quite sure how she’s going to respond to this, so this review is based on the features and functionality of the device. I like that you can test the device by blowing on the back of it and have it react accordingly. It’s not a complicated product by any means and gives the owner options on how they want the collar to work. For example, you can have the collar make a noise, vibrate or shock or do combinations of those settings (beep plus shock for example) to get your dog to stop barking. Sensitivity of the collar can be adjusted as well as the shock strength. The collar also comes with two different metal stud lengths for the shock portion of the collar which is helpful.    Firstly , I really like the fact that this doesnt automatically come with the shock pins already on. I personally use this for the vibration and the beeping. They do include the shock pins though and a tool (which is also helpful) to install or uninstall. The color looks like quality. Good bright screen with easy to see results when you select your sensitivity as well as Mode. They include a mode for the beep, vibration , and shock. as well as the combinations up to all three. I tested out if I could understand the product without the manual first and did the natural charge before use, click the buttons to find our what it does. THe only thing i needed to refer and use the manual for is how to test if the bark would activate. I tried barking myself and it didnt work. but the manual has a little section they say just to blow into and it worked. So other than that, it was pretty simple. Overal, its a great device and looks and feels like a quality item.

   Ordered this for my large pitmastiff mix. The collar is very adjustable and the variation of levels for intensity makes great choice for most different sized dogs. We use it on a level 7 for our pup and he gets a non aggressive reminder that quiets him quickly.
